How does the process work?
We handle the entire process from start to finish. You select your lights or style, we design the layout, install everything, maintain it as needed, and remove it after the season. You won’t have to lift a finger.
Can I choose different colors or styles of lights?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of colors, effects and configurations — from classic warm white strands to vibrant multi-color and dynamic motion lighting. We’ll work with your preferences to create the exact look you want.
How far in advance should I schedule my installation?
To guarantee your preferred date, we recommend scheduling 2–3 weeks before Thanksgiving. However, we install lights throughout the holiday season and do our best to fit in last-minute requests when possible.
What happens if the weather delays my installation?
Safety comes first. If high winds or rain prevent safe installation, we’ll reschedule your appointment for the soonest available day — usually within 24–48 hours. You’ll always be kept informed.
Do I need to be home during installation or removal?
Nope! As long as our team has access to the property and power outlets, you don’t need to be home. We’ll send you confirmation once your lights are beautifully installed (and again when they’re safely removed).

Is there any long-term commitment or storage option?
At this stage, Merry Grid is focused strictly on Christmas light installation for the season — we do not currently offer year-round storage or financing plans. Your project is a standalone seasonal service, with no long-term contract required.

We specialize in roofline, tree, and yard lighting, along with custom designs for homes, neighborhoods, and commercial properties. From classic white lights to bold multicolor displays, Merry Grid can match any style.
Do you provide maintenance during the holiday season?
Yes! If any bulbs go out or a section needs adjustment, we’ll fix it at no extra charge. Just contact us, and we’ll schedule a quick visit to keep your lights shining bright all season long.
Do you remove the lights after the holidays?
Absolutely. Once the season wraps up, our crew returns to safely remove your lights. We’ll coordinate a removal date that’s convenient for you — usually in early January.
Can I use my own lights, or do you supply them?
Most customers choose Merry Grid’s commercial-grade LED lights, which are energy-efficient and durable in West Texas weather. However, if you already own lights in good condition, we’re happy to install them.
Do you offer discounts or referral rewards?
Yes! Returning customers and referrals often qualify for special seasonal discounts. Ask our team about current offers when you schedule your installation.
